My work continually evolves as I explore new techniques and interact with the world around me...I have found inspration in the vibrantly painted homes of South America, retro design, the pulse of a discoteca, fashion, sea coasts, you name it...I never know quite when or how a new idea is going to pop up!  Most recently, inspirations have come to me in flashes after walking around the Minneapolis lakes and lagoons.  I have been mesmerized by the turns of the tree branches, the clashing-yet-harmonious colors of crab apple blossoms, swaying reeds, and clouds - so much so that I sometimes forget to look where I’m walking!  (Sorry, bikers!)
